Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love everything from The Winey Stepmom! Because we offer both Winey Stepmom-branded products and marketplace items from international suppliers via Modalyst/AliExpress, different return rules apply.​

🥂 Winey Stepmom (In-House) Products

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error

 

🌍 Marketplace Items (Modalyst/AliExpress)

  • These products ship directly from our suppliers.
    Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Please note:

  • No returns for sizing, color variation, or change of mind

  • Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • To start a claim, email info@thewineystepmom.com and our team will help you through the process.
    Approved resolutions may include a replacement or refund based on supplier policy.

 

🚫 Order Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Orders are processed quickly and may not be editable once placed. If you need to cancel or update an address, please email us immediately at info@thewineystepmom.com.

 

🚚 Shipping Delays

  • International shipments may experience customs or carrier delays. These are outside our control, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
