We want you to love everything from The Winey Stepmom! Because we offer both Winey Stepmom-branded products and marketplace items from international suppliers via Modalyst/AliExpress, different return rules apply.
🥂 Winey Stepmom (In-House) Products

Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error
🌍 Marketplace Items (Modalyst/AliExpress)

These products ship directly from our suppliers.
Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. -
Please note:

No returns for sizing, color variation, or change of mind

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Approved resolutions may include a replacement or refund based on supplier policy.
